Impact Community Services, Inc. ,was founded by two dedicated professionals who have worked in their respective fields for over 15 years each.

Paul Schauber L.C.S.W.
the Executive Director, completed his schooling in New York at Yeshiva University school of Social Work. He then went on to work with adolescents in various setting. This includes, outpatient treatment, In-patient psychiatric, Covenant House and several other residential treatment programs.

His dedication , commitment and motivation to this population has continued through his career . He is well recognized and respected within the mental health community as an innovator and creator of unique programming for emotionally disturbed adolescence in a residential treatment setting.

Yuval Levy RPh
co-founder and currently the President of the Board of Directors is also a dedicated Pharmacist who is the CEO of Colonial Pharmacy in Broward County. He graduated from St. John's University in New York and then went on to complete a Master's in Business Administration.

His commitment to both his profession and to the agency and the population we serve is unrelenting. He has devoted his time and resources to insuring that this difficult and underprivileged foster care population receives the best care possible.
