Starting, growing, or sustaining a Christian school is one of the most meaningful, and most demanding, things a church or community can do. Impact Christian Schools exists to come alongside you in that work.
We partner with churches, school founders, and existing Christian schools across Wisconsin, providing the operational expertise, strategic guidance, and shared resources that allow you to focus on what matters most: forming students in faith, wisdom, and character.

We Work With Leaders Like You
Churches exploring a school ministry. You sense a calling to serve families through Christian education, but you're not sure where to start, or whether it's feasible. We help you assess the opportunity, build a plan, and move forward with confidence.
Founders launching a new school. You have the vision and the community behind you, but the logistics of compliance, enrollment, curriculum, and operations can be overwhelming. We've helped schools launch from scratch, and we bring systems and experience to the process so you're not reinventing the wheel.
Existing schools seeking support. Your school is running, but you're stretched thin navigating the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, managing back-office operations, or looking for help with marketing and enrollment growth. We provide hands-on support tailored to where you are.
Three Ways to Partner
ICS works with schools at every stage. Our partnership models are designed to meet you where you are and grow with you over time.
Network Schools Network schools operate under the ICS umbrella with full access to our services, from financial and administrative support to academic coaching, compliance guidance, and marketing. This is our deepest level of partnership, designed for schools that want a long-term operational partner. ICS currently supports 15 network schools across Wisconsin.
Affiliated Schools Affiliated schools maintain their own governance and operations but connect with ICS for specific services, shared resources, and peer community. This model is ideal for established schools that want the benefits of a network without changing how they operate. Six schools are currently affiliated with ICS.
On The Horizon On The Horizon schools are in the planning or early launch phase. ICS walks alongside founders and church leadership through feasibility, governance setup, enrollment planning, and the early operational milestones that get a school from vision to reality. Five schools are currently in this stage.
How It Works
Every school and every community is different. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all program, we build partnerships around your context, capacity, and calling. Here's what the journey typically looks like:
1. Start a Conversation It begins with a phone call or meeting with our Executive Director, Dr. Chuck Moore. We'll learn about your vision, your community, and where you are in the process. No commitment, just an honest conversation about what's possible.
2. Explore the Fit We'll help you think through what partnership with ICS could look like for your specific situation. This might include a feasibility assessment, a review of your current operations, or an overview of the services and support available to you.
3. Define the Partnership Together, we'll shape a partnership model that fits. Whether that's full network membership, an affiliation for specific services, or launch support for a school that's still on the horizon.
4. Build and Grow Together Once we're partnering, ICS provides ongoing support across the areas where you need it most. Our team works alongside your leadership, not above it, so that decisions stay local and the mission stays yours.
Why Schools Partner With Us
Wisconsin expertise. ICS specializes in Christian schools operating in Wisconsin. We know the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program inside and out, the compliance requirements, the DPI audit process, WiseData reporting, and enrollment coordination. We bring that expertise directly to your school.
Operational capacity. Most Christian school leaders wear too many hats. ICS provides back-office support, financial coordination, HR guidance, and policy development so your administrators can lead instead of just manage.
Academic strength. Through instructional coaching, curriculum alignment, and professional development, we help schools build and sustain strong academic programs rooted in a Christ-centered mission.
A proven network. With 15 network schools, 6 affiliated schools, and 5 schools in the launch pipeline, ICS has a growing track record across diverse communities, school sizes, and ministry contexts. You benefit from the lessons, systems, and relationships the whole network has built.
Shared mission, local identity. ICS is nondenominational. We partner with schools from many church traditions. Your school keeps its identity, its governance, and its community roots. We provide the infrastructure and support that help it flourish.
